This 3 bedroom, 2 bath (or closet, your choice) comes in at 22m x 28m and is only 44 Land Impact with working and lockable doors as well as a functional on/off fireplace.
It was made with customisation in mind, and all doors are tintable, walls retexturable (with two included), as well as floors being able to be changed with your own textures. Several surfaces are provided for extra variety.
