Our Seafarer's Cottage has been a long anticipated adorable little loft building~!
It's only 200L$ today until 11:59pm as a part of the Neighborhood event.
It is only 14 LI at the size included which works best for normal avatars, but for larger avatars you may wish to stretch it to at least 17 LI for better ease of use.
It is Copy & Modify, Texture change with 3 roof options, 5 exterior, and 9 interior, plus totally tintable.
The footprint as is, is 15x15 which would leave it to be able to fit on your average 512sqm plot! Great for mainland plots.
