We're participating in an all-new event called The Fantasy Collective - an event I would not normally do due to the fact I will not be able to re-release my item immediately after the event.
Infact, if you want this item and are unable to purchase it during the event, I will not be able to re-release the item until February... so do hurry in!
The item we are using is called the [DDD] Forest Hideaway and it is 4 land impact as included with
4 seasonal texture options via menu.
But depending on if you scale it up or down, it can increase or decrease in prims!
It's only 295L$ & copy/mod.
