The Neighborhood - Seafarer's Cottage

Our Seafarer's Cottage has been a long anticipated adorable little loft building~!

It is only 14 LI at the size included which works best for normal avatars, but for larger avatars you may wish to stretch it to at least 17 LI for better ease of use.

The Fantasy Collective - Pirate!

This April 20th, The Fantasy Collective finally opened!

We have this supercute Leaky Boat Dock Set - Pirate Edition as a limited duration offer for the event~

Leaky Boat Pathway Prop: Just a path with no scripts, no boats attached.

Leaky Boat Dock Prop: A pathway with no scripts and a boat of the theme you purchased.

Leaky Boat Prop: A prop version of the boat, no animations, no scripting.

Leaky Boat Dock - StandDel: A version of the dock with themed boat attached that when clicked by anyone offers to rez them a matching themed boat which lasts 45 minutes then deletes, and will also delete itself whenever no one is sitting on it. Boats only work on LL water, and not in mouselook. Seats 4. 

Leaky Boat Dock: Like above, except it will not delete itself when users stand. This is more beneficial for multiple stop travel. Still deletes itself in 45 minutes.

The prop variants are all modify, but due to the very real chance of breaking the scripts (any resizing or delinking/relinking will do this) for the working dock versions and what is rezzed, they are NOT modify. All of them are copyable.

StandDel version is for lessening clutter, but for multistop roleplay situations the regular version is also nice, it depends on how much you trust the users on your sim to not cause issue.

This set is drop and go, and there is no customisable options.

PSA: Customer Discount Revision - Coming Soon!

At Dysfunctional Designs, we have had a customer loyalty discount for quite some time as a bonus to our awesome customers.

Unfortunately, when we implemented it we had absolutely no idea how the store and sales would spiral out of control into a much bigger beast that it is today.

On the 21st of April (day after Easter) we will be revising and updating these discount tiers to be more evenly spread across instead of awkward increments and uneven tiering as we have now.

Our ultimate goal is to make a fairer, smoother spread bonus system that will benefit everyone in the long run.

 The system now almost penalises our most loyal customers in comparison to those who haven't spent as much, and we wish to fix this for everyone involved. Since we started off with a skewed base, there is vast diminishing returns after the 10% bracket. As in, the next tier up was double the L$ spent, but only a 3% increase.

Regardless, we're giving our customers this full weekend to make any last minute purchases at these tiers before we decide on and implement the new ones on Monday.

For many users, the current discount levels are more in your favor than some of those post change will be. We recommend taking advantage of this weekend.

Additionally, the cap will continue to be 20% off, as we hope you understand that in most cases the proceeds are split between three designers and we hope to pay each of them their fair share.

(Yes, to clarify, that means when you spend 60L$, each of us is only actually getting 20L$ of that purchase, less for each tier of this discount system)

While we understand that some customers may be upset by this change and we do apologise for any undue annoyance it may cause, we would like to stress that this system is not something we have to offer, but we do it because we appreciate our customers. We wish for the least upset over this as possible, thank you so much for understanding.

At Dysfunctional Designs, we're always trying to give a little back to our customers.

For example, have you visited our freebie area? We have something for everyone, and a fair bit extra for those who are in our store group!

As a part of trying to give back to the community, we have opened a lightly moderated public use sandbox next to our main store sims.

Everyone is welcome~

But please respect the rules below!

Nudity rule will be waived during the event, but only insofar as 'changing clothes' nudity, anything vulgar or obscene will be asked to cover up.

What IS this party? Well, it's just a bunch of friendly people hanging out at a sandbox to clean out our inventories in a lighthearted & enjoyable community environment.

If we do it together, it's bound to be more fun and encouraging for us to get it done than just doing it separately.

These are filling up way faster than we expected, so if you are interested in one, please stop by in the near future!

Home Show!

Last year, we had so much great success with the Home Show event that we're back for it!

Our release is the Orchard Trees duo!

These awesome flexible little trees stand at 5m tall & come in at just 2 LI with actual 3D fruits!

Trees come with all the same texture options as our Low Poly Trees released for We Love Roleplay.

That means snowy, regular, and mossy versions of 4 tones as well as 5 foliage options...

... but!

These also have a burden of fruit~

The Citrus fruits come with Unripe (green), Orange (orange...), Lemon (yellow), and Blood Orange (reddish) tones and the option to hide the fruit entirely.

The Apple fruits come with Green, Yellow, Ruby Red, & Rosey Red tones with the option to hide the fruit entirely as well.
